A Milestone in Infrastructure Development, we proudly announce the successful acquisition of Nesco Investment Limited (NIL) UK which aligns seamlessly with our mission, allowing us to leverage our expertise and resources to address critical infrastructure challenges on a broader scale.

NIL UK has equity stake in NESCO Nigeria which is the oldest integrated power utility company in Nigeria licensed to generate, transmit and distribute electricity within its franchise areas in Plateau State, Benue State, Nassarawa State, Kaduna State and parts of the Federal Capital territory, spanning an area of over 14,000 square kilometres. 

NESCO Nigeria has built seven hydroelectric power stations on various river systems in Plateau state and operates these stations with a combined annual hydro-electric generation capability of 145GWhrs of electricity which includes construction and maintenance and operation of large reservoirs with sufficient water storage capability for all-season operation of the plants.
