This December we paid action to our belief that women play a vital role in building communities by sponsoring the 12th edition of the inspiring women series held by prestigious newspaper publication Business Day in Lagos.
The series played host to major female leaders on the continent like Daphne Mashile Nkosi, Executive Chairperson of Kalagadi Manganese , Monique Nsanzabaganwa, deputy chairperson of the African Union Commission, and many more.
Three panels explored topics like finding one’s voice, leading with purpose, owning leadership roles, and leveraging strengths for business growth. Panelists, including Ifeanyi Adefarasin, Solomon Quaynor, and Korede Adenowo, discussed the value of female leadership, diversity, and the need for immediate action to address gender imbalances. The speakers emphasized the importance of role models, support structures, continuous learning, and recognizing individual strengths for personal and organizational growth.
The conference aimed to inspire purpose-driven women in leadership roles, encouraging them to overcome challenges, embrace their unique voices, and contribute to a more equitable and prosperous future and we are glad to have been a significant contributor to its success.
