Bolu is a seasoned Corporate Finance and Investment Professional with 5 years of experience navigating the dynamic landscapes of Africa’s financial, agricultural, and Infrastructure sectors.  His expertise lies in financial modelling, valuation, and strategic planning, consistently translating into success through deal facilitation and exceptional portfolio management.  He is a certified Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments (CISI) and also a Certified Accountant.

He currently spearheads the Corporate Finance unit at Strom Infraco, facilitating power and infrastructure deals. Previously, he facilitated due diligence for significant financing transactions exceeding $200 million in debt and equity financing within the Agricultural sector.  This not only expedited capital acquisition but also fostered stronger relationships with key investors. Beyond deal facilitation, he has also managed multi-million-dollar exchange-traded funds (ETFs) in the Agri-sector achieving outstanding returns. His meticulous financial analysis and risk management acumen were instrumental in attaining exceptional performance for these ETFs.
