Now in its 14th edition, the Inspiring Women Africa Series by Kemi Ajumobi, continues to be one of Africa’s most powerful platforms for celebrating women leaders, professionals, entrepreneurs, and changemakers. Its mission is simple but profound: inspire, empower, and equip women to break barriers, nurture ambition, and lead with impact.

This year’s event, held on December 11, 2025, at the Civic Centre, Ozumba Mbadiwe, VI, Lagos, was a landmark gathering. The keynote address by Sahle‑Work Zewde, former President of Ethiopia, set a tone of leadership, vision, and continental solidarity, a reminder that Africa’s future depends on inclusive leadership. Guest of Honour Imaan Sulaiman Ibrahim, Minister of Women Affairs & Social Development, reinforced the importance of aligning private-sector commitment with national policy to advance women’s leadership.
This year, Strom Infraco was represented by Alhaji Mohammed M. Bintube, Chairman, Farinruwa Power Limited (a member of Strom Infraco), alongside members of the Strom team. His presence reinforced Strom’s commitment to advancing inclusive leadership and meaningful dialogue around gender equality and sustainable development.
