Currently responsible for 8% of Nigeria’s Power Generation and a target to generate over 10% of Nigeria’s power, North South Power owns and operates a diverse and growing portfolio of electricity generation businesses across the continent.

We aim to provide reliable, and sustainable energy to consumers through the most efficient means towards improving economic growth, public health and security.

North South Power has a 30 year concession of Shiroro Hydroelectric PLC and launched its expansion into renewable energy in 2015 by incorporating the Shiroro Solar Generating Company Limited to execute its 300MW solar power plant. The company also has a 25 year concession of the 30MW Gurara hydroelectric power plant in Kaduna State.
